Symptoms

On : 9 version, Cashiering/Posting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Print Receipts after Bundle 44 and 45 Install
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to print receipts after any bundle install.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. student financials > cashiering > review student receipts
2. Once on the page click on the Print Receipt push button


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print receipts for students paying or requesting older payments.
