Symptoms
A page, in this instance, the Talent Profile Fluid Self Service page is placed into a Fluid Navigation Collection. After accessing this Navigation Collection from a Fluid homepage, the PeopleSoft back button gets stuck in a loop where it continually links back to the Talent Profile page rather than leading to any previous page.
Replication Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create Fluid Navigation Collection containing Talent Profile page
2) Access the Navigation Collection from a fluid home page
3) Click on Talent Profile
4) Click the Fluid header Back button
5) You will be automatically directed back to the Talent Profile page (without clicking anything)
