ETL9.2:MSS Timesheet Performance Issue (Doc ID 2272960.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

We have upgraded our production environment from PeopleSoft HCM PUM15 PeopleTools 8.54.13 to PUM20 PeopleTools 8.55.13.

We are having high performance issue on MSS Timesheet and user are not able to load the timesheet page approve timesheet in production.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be no performance delay while submitting and approving reported time
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Navigation so far reported with issue are -
Manager Self Service > Time Management > Approve Time and Exceptions > Reported Time
Manager Self Service > Time Management > TimeSheet > Report Time

2) Navigate to above pages, try submitting time and approving reported time and performance issue is experienced
