Symptoms
Start a new life event, enter correct effective date and click on 'Start Life Event' button. The next screen should be the Life Event welcome page along with activity guide for Life events. However, there is no Life event Activity guide on the left side, its just blank. No other error message is displayed.
This issue occurs only in TEST environment, DEMO works as expected.
