Duplicate Financial Aid Menus appear in both Classic and Navigator options in CS 9.2 (Doc ID 2274534.1)

Goal

In CS 9.2, the following menus appear twice, both in the classic and Navigator menus...

Under the Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import menu - there are duplicates of 2017-2018 Suspense Management and 2017-2018 ISIR File Data

Under the Financial Aid > Federal Application Data menu - there are duplicates of Correct 2017-2018 ISIR records, Simulate 2017-2018 FM INAS, and View 2017-2018 FM EFC Detail

There are multiple Content References one with a Node Name of HRMS and one with a Node Name of SA.

How do you remove the duplicate menu items?
