Price Adjustment Link still Active after Setting Role Action = VIEW_PRICEADJUSTMENTS as Disabled (Doc ID 2274654.1)

The Role Action: VIEW_PRICEADJUSTMENTS has been set to Disabled.  Yet, the Price Adjustment link is still active on the eProcurement Requisition Line page.
Price Adjustment is available/visible in eProcurement requisition page  

Hyperlinks were disabled as expected when at Image 0
The price adjustment link is not hiding based on the role action setup in administer procurement.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disable the Icons and Hyperlinks for the epro Buyer role
2. Create a simple requisition
3. expand the line information and notice that hyperlinks are still active.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see and click on hyperlinks when Disabled.
