ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Search and Compare Profiles is returning the old effective dated row's description for profile items when viewing the results. However, the description is correct when choosing the profile item as a search criteria.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The newer effective dated description will be returned.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Choose a competency and add a current effdt row with a new description. Make sure there is at least one person in the database with this competency qualified as Approved/Official or Supervisor/Manager.
- Choose the rating model used by the competency and add a current effdt row with a new description.
- Use an Adhoc Search and Compare looking for people with this competency and/or rating.
- View the compare results and note the descriptions shown; they will be for the oldest row in the competency content item and/or rating model.
