APPR_BASE_EVAL Not Using Review Status as Key in Text Catalog (Doc ID 2274955.1)

Symptoms

Text message underneath APPR_BASE_EVAL or APPR_BASE_SEC_DESC cannot specify it to the Define Criterie

If the user inserts client specific text in the text messages that appear underneath the section (APPR_BASE_EVAL or APPR_BASE_SEC_DESC) and not in the page instructions, we cannot specify it to the Define Criteria step, so this text will show on different steps; e.g. define criteria + checkpoint 1 + finalize criteria, while it should be different per step. If we specify the Document status, in order to indicate Define criteria, Track progress, Evaluation in progress, etc., this is not taken into account either.

REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog
  2. Open Text ID APPR_BASE_EVAL / Document Status EC
