Po005 - Language Problem (Doc ID 2275450.1)

When customer print PO in different languages, CFR and ENG. ENG is ok but CFR have "Attention" section in english instead of French when doesn't have information

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the PeopleSoft using VP1/VP1 and language « Français du Canada »
2. Open the PO (Navigation on the Screenshot )
3. Clink on button « Échénancier » on the line #1
4. Add a contact , in the example I had « test »
5. Go to page « Impression BC » ( Navigation on screenshot)
6. Enter those parameters (Entité CAN01 and PO PO001) and Langue « Fr. (CAN) »
7. Launch treatment POPO005
8. Check the results on report.
