Smart HR Template Not Working When Click On Save And Submit (Doc ID 2276053.1)

Symptoms

A new Smart HR Template with a transaction type of Hire/Rehire and Profile is created. After entering all required data and clicking the Save and Submit button, nothing happens. The Save Confirmation page does not display

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new hire template with transaction type of Hire/Rehire and Profile data
2. Input a Smart Hire Transaction to hire an employee adding all required fields.
3. Hit save and submit. Nothing happens.
