CRM 9.2 - Contact Info Entries Section Issue In Company, Person, Site And Worker Component (Doc ID 2276285.1)

Symptoms


When we add a new Company/Person/Worker/Site, there are 4 options in Contact Info Entries for Phone Type (Business, Cellular, Fax and Pager).
If we enter fax and click on Save: Cellular gets disappeared and Fax type gets displayed twice which was overwritten on Cellular.
Also when we enter pager and click on Save: Fax gets disappeared and Pager type gets displayed twice which was overwritten on Fax.


Expected behavior
------------------------
Cellular should remain on page, Fax should be shown only once.

Steps to replicate
-----------------------

1. Create a company with business phone, Fax under Contact Info Entries
2. Save the company
3. Fax will appear twice.
