eBill 9.2: Customer Address Reflecting On EBill Is Not Correct When Customer Location Has Multiple Effective Dated Active Addresses

On : 9.2 version, Usability

Ebill customer address is not displaying correct address.

Ebill customer should display most effective dated active primary address.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Customer setup - For location 1 ,Add new address with effective date as today's and bill to as primary address. Keep old address as active too. This will have location 1 with two sub rows of addresses with different effective dates.
2. Goto Ebill - Customer - notice it displays old effective date address.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see correct address.
