Symptoms

When running a report to window, the REN server window stays in status ‘queued’. However, process monitor shows that report has successfully completed and posted.

The <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DomainName>/LOGS/PSRENSRV_MMDD.LOG reports the error:
