Expected Behavior

Steps to Replicate
-------------------------
Scenario
1. Employee uses Web Clock (Punch In) – Successfully
2. Minutes later navigates back to Web Clock to (Punch out)
  Error message received
3. Manager navigates to MSS > reported time for employee in question.
4. Enters an out time for the employee’s punch in then clicks the sumbit button
  Error message received
