EAR 9.2: Error 'Field Is Required ACTION_LST - DUE_DT (124,64)' At Collections Workbench Multi-Item Update If PS_ACTION_LST Table Is Empty (Doc ID 2276916.1)

The Collections Workbench feature is throwing an Error Message to the functional Users when trying to perform tasks with the Multi-Item Update option.

From further analysis, it is proven that the problem takes place because the PS_ACTION_LST Record is empty, as Condition Monitor is not being actively used, and while the Action List data is not viewable online, still, it is being checked behind the scenes, and triggering the Error Message faced.

Performing the same operations in Item List component, is not having the same problem.


     1.- Ensure that Record PS_ACTION_LST in the environment to test is totally empty
     2.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as User ID VP1
     3.- Create a new Pending Item Group under Business Unit US001, and a couple of Items for Customer ID 1001
     4.- Place the Pending Group into Post Action Batch Standard
     5.- Run AR Update to post the Pending Item Group
     6.- Navigate to: Accounts Receivable > Collections Workbench
     7.- Select Set ID SHARE, Business Unit US001, and Customer ID 1001
     8.- Perform a search on Open Items, and select the 2 Items just created
     9.- From the Item Action drop-down, select the option of 'Multi-item Update' and click on GO button
     10.- At the Multi-Item Update page, define a new Credit Analyst value, such as SES, and click on OK button
     11.- The system throws an Error Message

Users are unable to update multiple Item transactions at once when using the Collections Workbench feature.


If Condition Monitor is not being used at all, Collections Workbench should not enforce PS_ACTION_LST Table to have been populated. It should allow Users to perform their multiple Item updates as needed, and bypass the Error Message.
