When testing the entry of Pending Item Groups for a VAT enabled Business Unit, never the first Item in the Group gets populated in this Record, and even the second Items only get populated when a specific series of steps are taken in a precise order. Items with similar conditions created later on this Group are also not populated automatically.
This leads to suspect that maybe the data on Record PS_VAT_SUMM_AR_WS is only supposed to be temporary for some calculations, and that upon saving the Pending Item Group, the data should be deleted.

To gather more information concerning this scenario and its related problem, refer to the available Replication Steps Word Document here linked containing the complete configuration and the replication steps necessary to reproduce the issue.
Record PS_VAT_SUMM_AR_WS contains left over transaction data that should not be there, as this table is being used as a work/derived record to be used when performing VAT calculations when the User is accessing the VAT Summary page, but once gone from this page, this should be emptied.
Record PS_VAT_SUMM_AR_WS should only contain transaction data while the User is at the VAT Summary page (GROUP_ENTRY_VATS).
