AP: Extract TIN Matching Not Generating File

Issue is occurring on Release 9.2

When trying to run the Extract TIN Matching File process, file is not getting generated in order to send to the IRS.

1. Set the system up to do TIN Matching
2. Run the Extract TIN Matching File process
3. File does not get generated
