In FEC Audit File report for French government accounting entries, EcritureDate, PieceDate, ValidDate columns are empty.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Enable document Sequencing in Installations Option.
2. Create and Post a Journal.
3. Create and post a voucher.
4. Run the FEC Export Process.

Actual Behavior:
EcritureDate, PieceDate, ValidDate columns are empty.

Expected Behavior:
EcritureDate, PieceDate, ValidDate columns should have values populated
