Symptoms

The Document approval within a Life Event is not triggering an email to the employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Employee submits the required Life Event document
2. Benefits administrator approves the document
3. Employee is waiting for e-mail advising that they can move forward with their Life Event.
