EAR 9.2: Unable To Delete Customer Conversation Entry When Multiple New Conversation Available

On : 9.2 PUM 23 version, Customer Conversation



When attempting to delete the conversations , it only deletes the content of the conversation not the entire conversation


It should delete the entire row of conversation when user is deleting the conversation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Conversations > View/Update Conversations
  2. Open the conversations and hit the delete entry, save
  3. Return to search and re-open the conversation. Its still there, though content is wiped out
