On : 9.2 PUM 23 version, Customer Conversation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
When attempting to delete the conversations , it only deletes the content of the conversation not the entire conversation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should delete the entire row of conversation when user is deleting the conversation
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Conversations > View/Update Conversations
- Open the conversations and hit the delete entry, save
- Return to search and re-open the conversation. Its still there, though content is wiped out
