E-IB: Is it possible to use two different webservers for Messaging and Web services (Doc ID 2279409.1)

Goal

Is possible to use 2 load balancers for IB setup as given below:

1.Load balancer - 1 connecting to physical gateway server A and B in the Gateway configuration Page. This setup for sending and receiving messages.
2.Load Balancer - 2 connecting to Physical web server domain C and D in the "Setup Target Location Page". This setup for WSDL web services.

Is it possible to have this setup in a same instance ?
