Symptoms
The below error in JSONParser.Parse method is blocking ElasticSearch Deploy/Undeploy/Roundrip test usually if the regional settings Language in control panel is different than English (United States)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu - People Tools - Search Framework - Administration - Deploy/delete object
2. Try to deploy/undeploy
