Configured Product Soft Reserve Fulfillment Causes Inventory Discrepancy (Doc ID 2279981.1)

When shipping configured items (product configurator), the values in BU_ITEMS_INV are not updated for either QTY_AVAILABLE or QTY_RESERVED. After running the depletions process, QTY_RESERVED is reduced by the amount of the shipment. So QTY_AVAILABLE never gets updated and QTY_RESERVED continues to accumulate with every depletion. The shipping process should update QTY_RESERVED and Depletion process should reduce QTY_AVAILABLE by the amount of the shipment and clear the QTY_RESERVED amount.  An inventory discrepancy is then found on the ins9090 report that needs to be fixed with infixit.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.  Ship and deplete configured product
2.  Quantity reserved and quantity available are not reduced.
