Symptoms
Asset was added with MM convention, transaction date < accounting date which creates a PDP.
It is then suspended using the same transaction date of the add. It creates a PDP to back out the depreciation for the depreciation. It ignores the PDP from the add transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to have all depreciation backed out with the suspend transaction.
