Goal

When patching with PUM, can a target environment be on a higher PeopleTools release, than the PeopleTools release delivered with the PUM image?

See the following scenarios:

  1. The target environment is on PeopleTools 8.60, and the PUM image uses PeopleTools 8.59.
  2. The target environment is on PeopleTools 8.59.15, and the PUM image is using PeopleTools 8.59.10
