Customer is getting "Error Occurred In The Secure Channel Support" when attempting to upload data using ExcelToCI.
Port Number is Omitted in Spreadsheet
Error occurred in routine sendSOAPRequest_SubmitToDB:
Description: An error in secured channel support
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the PIA web server in the same way as the customer.
2. Set up the Excel client machine and spreadsheet, and upload some test data using the spreadsheet.
