GP UK - Refunds Not Processing For Opt Outs

When trying to process an opt out the refund is not being processed.
Earning GBR APN EERF is resolving to zero
Enrollment in the new paygroup post transfer is not happening
1. Pick and employee who has been auto enrolled and paid a pension contribution in a finalised calendar
2. Enter the opt out date in GPGB_EE_PENSION (assign scheme GBR) (where the opt out date is within the opt out period)
3.Run GPGB_PEN_EN in trial/final mode to check the opt out is processed - check Assign Scheme GBR and see that the status is set to Inactive
4. Run the payroll
5. Results will show no refund processed.
