EGL9.2: Year End Close Process(GL_YC) Creates Period 0 Journal On Holiday Date (Doc ID 2281522.1)

Year-End Close creates period 0 journals dated 1st of January which is setup as a holiday

If journal date falls on a holiday, the next business day should be used as journal date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Calendars/Schedules > Business Calendar and create Holiday List for the new year
- Include New Year's Day = 01/01/2017
- Next working day is 02/01/2017
2. Assign Holiday List to BU: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > General Ledger > General Ledger Definition
3. Request (Full) YE Close for 2016
4. Run AE GL_YC
5. Period 0 journal is created for 01/01/2017 instead of 02/01/2017
