ELM 9.2: After Update to a Class Status to Inactive, Multiple Emails Sent to Learners. (Doc ID 2281533.1)

Symptoms

 After update to a Class Status to Inactive, multiple Notification Emails sent to Learners. one immediately and another after running AE LM_NOTIFY.
 

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1) Navigate to Main Classes  and change Status = ‘Inactive’ from Status dropdown as mentioned below > Click Save button
2) On click of Save with Status =’Inactive, Notification Emails are sent all the enrolled Learners
3) Run LM_NOTIFY process, after the process goes to Success, emails are received to all the enrolled 
Learners.
