HTML Tags Displays on Job Description When Accessed from Careers

Symptoms
When attempting to access Job openings from the Careers Tile - Search Jobs - the Job Description page is displaying HTML tags
The HTML code should be complied and not be displayed.
The issue can be reproduced at will by performing the following steps :
- Login as Employee
2. Click on Employee Self Service drop down
3. Click on Career tile
4. Click on 'Search Jobs Now' button'
5. In Search Jobs, enter a few search fields and click on Search
6. Click on the 'Link to Apply for the opening' on any selected Job opening
