Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Collections Workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The collections workbench page refreshes all pages except the subpage that is in focus and the customer details page once a new customer is entered in the search box.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The collections workbench page should refresh all the subpages.


Steps To Replicate:-
-----------------------

1. Navigate to the collection workbench page and enter a customer
2. Click search
3. Note the Customer Details Section
4. Note the sub-sections
a. Credit profile
b. Payments
c. Items
d. Conversations
e. Correspondence
f. Aging
g. Customer Hierarchy
h. Contracts
5. Put the sub-section focus back on the items tab
6. Click the customer lookup glass
7. Enter another Customer “Do not click search”
8. Note the Customer Details Section does not change
9. Note the sub-sections
a. Credit profile
b. Payments
c. Items
d. Conversations
e. Correspondence
f. Aging
g. Customer Heirarchy
h. Contracts
10. Click search
11. Repeat steps 4 – 8 putting another sub-section in focus before using the lookup glass (Credit Profile, Payments, Conversations, etc.)
