Symptoms

Participant ID Prompt should show Inactive participants also on Participant Position page to search Position history

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to PeopleSoft.
2) navigate to above mentioned first navigation and select one inactive participant.
3) Search same inactive participant on second navigation mentioned above and it will not get displayed in participant ID prompt.
