Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Change Assistant

When attempting to start change assistant and application designer,
the following error occurs.

pscfg.exe - System Error

The program can't start bacause VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

changeassistant.exe - System Error

The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing form your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
