E-IB: How to Increase Timeout Setting for Inbound and/or Outbound IB Transaction/Messaging

We have some USER_PROFILE messages go to Error status intermittently due to timeout error, re-submit the message can process to success.
If we would like to increase the timeout to avoid the issue, how to properly increase the timeout for IB synchronous transaction?
