If a customer is Inactive, users are not able to open an existing service order, which contains that customer.  The user receives the following error:

Unknown method getShipToAddressAsOfDate for object class RB_BORM:BO:BO.(180,224)RX_ADDRESS_BOOK.Utilities.GetAddressRowset.OnExecute Name: BuildEffDtAddressRowset
