Supplier Contract Management Document Rendering Failing (Doc ID 2285573.1)

Users having an issue with rendering a PDF document in supplier contract management.

The CS_DOC_ACTION message is failing with the following error:
Integration Gateway: General Connection Failed
This error is thrown when there is no valid response.
Possible errors include:
Bad gateway URL
Sync Service Timeout set and Service actually timed out.
Java exception thrown - Check Application Server for possible Java exception.
User also get this error on the Installation Options > Supplier Contract Management page, using the Verify Server Setup button.
