How to Add Bullet Points to A Supplier Clause Using MS Word

Procurement - Issue when entering bulleted list in clauses
A bulleted list displays as arrows when the clause is used in document (or in preview document). Please see attached document for replication steps in DMO.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Supplier Contracts – Manage Contract Library – Clauses
2. Add a new clause.
3. Enter Description.
4. Uncheck Numbered Clause.
6. Click Edit Document.
7. In Word, enter a bulleted list in the Full Text area.
8. Save the clause.
9. Check in the clause.
10. Preview the Document.
11. Bullets display as arrows which they should not.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Documents are not displaying clauses correctly when bullets are used in a word doc and imported back in.
