Project manager is not populated in project costing from the value assigned in Proposal management

In Proposal Management the project control hyperlink allows users to define the project type and the project manager associated with the project that will be created. This information is not used to update Project Costing when the proposal is committed/generated or when the create resources flag is selected in the maintain version estimate detail page. The other project team members are passed through to Project costing

The project manager information from project control on Proposal version should be included in the Project manager tab of the project created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Proposal in proposal management
2. On the Proposal Version, under the Project Control, Add the project manager
3. Ready and Commit the Proposal and Generate the proposal
4. Notice that the Project Manager tab on the project general information page created from this proposal does not have the Project Manager populated.
