AP: Stage Number And Level Not Displayed Correctly On The Approval Process Setup Page

Symptoms

Stage number and level number (in View All Mode) are not displayed correctly on the approval process setup page.  Stage number is not flushed to the far left so it cuts off the stage description.  Additionally, "Level" is displayed on the far right of the page instead of to the left of the word header.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Approval Process Setup

2. Enter either of the following in Process ID then search:

    ERApproval
    PaymentRequestApproval
    CAApproval

3. Notice that some labels are offset such as:

    'Stage Number'
    'Criteria'
    'Level'
