Response time connecting to TAM Candidate Gateway is seriously degrading after applying PUM22
When executing component HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL and selecting a large number (e.g. 3+ million rows) from PS_HRS_APPLICANT, Application Servers have become non-responsive.
PSAPPSRV servers are seen to be queueing.
Average response time in Candidate Gateway should be in the 1-3 second timeframe as seen in the pre-PUM22 environments.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to the Candidate Gateway
2. observe that connections are spinning and the environment appears hung
