Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Integration

DEPT_SYNC operation is not updating the department tables correctly.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DEPT_SYNC operation is successful, and LM_LD_ASYNC process has been run, but the changes were not updated in the database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Changes from the operation will be updated in the database.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Submit a Department change in another environment
2. DEPT_SYNC operation is successfully completed by system.
3. Run the LM_LD_ASYNC process.
