On : 9.2 version, Setup/Configuration

In order to insert a new effective dated row in 'Service Team' system mandated 'Correct History'

Steps to simulate the issue have been attached.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Team page and try to add a new effective date row.
2. System will populate a message of :"Cannot change current or history records unless in Correction mode. (15,1) " which is shouldn't
