Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Going to Buyer Tile > Requisitions > Requisition
1) Search for 'laptop' and add one laptop to Cart
2) Add a Fixed Price Service to the cart
3) Punch out to CDW, search on 'external' and select the drive,transfer cart back
4) Error will appear for "Variable contains a reference to a rowset object that has been deleted"

A Peoplecode Vaariable contains an object refereing to a rowset that no longer exists.
This is an application error.It can happend if the reference is stored in the variable, and its parent row is subsequently flushed or removed following a save, or if ths reference is stored in a global-variable and accessed
after the Component has been exited.
Use the APplication Reviewer or PeopleCode trace to locate the point of the error and correct the program.
Reported issue present with Variable Cost Item,Time and Materials item, Special Request item
