Error while working with Excel to CI

When customer clicks on the “New Template”, no action occurs. 

Login pop up windows should appear

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the ExcelToCI spreadsheet, fill in the connection info.
2. Click on the Template tab, and click on Add-Ins menu selection.
3. Click on the New Template
