E-PIA: My Team Page Hangs on the Fluid Manager Self Service Page (Doc ID 2288699.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On IE 11 and Tools 8.54.12, canceling out of an Activity Guide, then using Related Content to enter a new Activity Guide is causing javascript errors and making the page hang. See replication document which shows the PT_COMMON error in IE developer tools. This issue cannot be replicated on our 8.55 instances.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When selecting the new transaction, the page should not spin endlessly, but should open the new transaction page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to PeopleSoft, go to Fluid Home > Manager Self Service Home page
2. Click on My team tile
3. In the Employee list, click related action for one employee and go to 'Request Reporting Change'
4. Change effective date
5. Now, without changing or going further, click 'My Team' back button and select 'No' in save changes popup screen
6. Now select, Promote employee transaction for the same employee
7. It keeps spinning and not going forward.

Due to this issue, users cannot select a new transaction without logging out and logging back in.
