ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When a table does not fit on a single page, it needs to be continued on the second. However, the tables are being incorrectly split:
- header stays on first page, values go to the second page
- the last 2 tables of the payslip are being split: one on the first page, second on the second page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
- table should be moved to the second page, with both header and value rows
- the last 2 tables (summary/totals tables)of the payslip should stay together, on the same page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt >> Pyasilps >> Create Print Payslip FRA
2. Choose Print Option = Simplified
3. Run the process
4. review results
