Symptoms

Login From Mobile Device fails with "You are not authorized to access the component" after Upgrade to PT 8.55

system displays a message 'You are not authorized to access this component'.
It worked fine prior to the upgrade and working fine on desktop

"You are not authorized to access the component.
You have not been granted security authentication for the component yo are attempting to access.You may have access to the designated component and page, but not in the specified action mode (Such as Correction or Update/Display)Contact


BUSINESS IMPACT

This is preventing the users from approving vouchers/journal entries etc.
