ETL 9.2: Product Integration configuration options for the new TL feature are not visible (Doc ID 2289590.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HCM 9.2.16 System Installation has some staged setup data

Product Integration configuration options for the new TL feature in HCM 9.2.22 is not visible. As per PeopleBooks, users should be able to select checkboxes to "Generate Absence Payable Time" (these two fields are available via app designer).

Navigation: Set up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Time and Labor

This check box will be available only when you have the following products checked on the Installation page.
Time and Labor
Absence management
Payroll for North America

Confirmed that these products are selected on the installation page. Check boxes but this still doesn't show up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After these products are selected on the installation page, users should be able to select checkboxes to "Generate Absence Payable Time"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PIA
2. Navigate to Set up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Time and Labor
3. Observe that even after having the 3 products (Time and Labor, Absence management, Payroll for North America) checked on the Installation page users are unable to select checkboxes to "Generate Absence Payable Time".
