A customer was working with PeopleSoft CRM 8.8 and had Exchange server 2007 for Outlook. This was working fine until migrating to Office365 Cloud mailbox.
After completing the configuration, the email job is not fetching the emails from the mailbox. The RB_MAIL_READ log shows:
Processing for Mailbox Id <****> , Account <***@***.com> on Mailserver <*****.outlook.com> (17834,7046)
Return Status From Calling Tools API to Read Emails from the Server is "4" (17834,7134)
Possible Reasons are Email Account/Password etc invalid on the Mailserver
Could you please confirm if Office365 Cloud email is certified for ERMS (Multichannel Definiton) for PeopleSoft CRM?
