On : 9.1 version, Other

When attempting to open attachments,
the following error occurs.

'You are not authorized to view the email attachments/downloaded files'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Case -> Notificationa, consider Inbound notification
2. Click on attachment
